All of our services include CastleGuard interface with local police authorities to establish direct lines of communication before an emergency need arises. In addition, once a security plan has been agreed to, all assigned officers to your property are thoroughly trained to execute those plans to meet your expectations. Gatehouse Security – Officers are trained in all aspects of the efficient operation of each gatehouse to include security software and hardware and customized post orders. CastleGuard officers deliver these services with an emphasis on customer service.
Clubhouse Security – This service is provided to those locations that require enhanced screening procedures to ensure only authorized residents have access to clubhouse amenities. Delivery of this service can be a combination of a “fixed post” and “Rover” type services.
Concierge Service - Usually provided in condominium towers, this service ranges from basic access control to fully integrated software solutions that address site specific requirements such as package control. These officers are fully trained on building emergency procedures and utilize “training drills” to keep them current and efficient on those life safety measures.
Rover Patrol Service – This service can be delivered in a variety of ways or combinations to suit the needs of the property. Most often the Rovers are moving about the property in either a marked CastleGuard vehicle or a marked “security golf cart.” Again, the Rover officers are working from customized post orders to ensure your expectations are being met.
Office Building Security – CastleGuard will consult with the commercial property manager and create the appropriate security solution which could include a combination of concierge, “foot patrol” and rover services. Effective security plans involve a comprehensive knowledge of the building, its tenants and the area.
Strip Mall Security – Under most scenarios, this service is a Rover service which may include verification of locked doors, inspection of security lighting and personal contact with tenants. Where appropriate, companies that manage multiple locations within a reasonable geographic area can optimize security visits with a dedicated Rover.
Retail Shopping Center Security - CastleGuard Security can provide all of the various levels of security required for these type properties. They could include “foot patrols” within the mall, vehicle patrols throughout the parking lots, operation of an on-site command post or monitoring surveillance cameras.
Sports Arena Security - We recognize that these venues host significant entertainment events in addition to the designated sports franchise games.
