Milena Diaz – Regional Director

Milena Diaz has twenty years experience in the property management industry specializing in world class homeowner, condominium and rental markets.  Milena’s commitment to excellence is authenticated by her many years of service with upscale development firms and management companies including Lane Company and the Related Group.  As a management troubleshooter for the State of Florida, Milena has traveled extensively focusing on the training, troubleshooting and establishment of some of South Florida’s top properties.  Milena and her properties have been awarded prestigious awards such as Best Property of the Year, Best Brand New Community, Best Community Marketing Package, and above all, Best Property Manager of the Year.  As a Regional Director for Castle Group, Milena is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training, and management of many of Castle’s properties with an emphasis on total Unit Owner and Board satisfaction.

Fiona DiDomenico – Regional Director

Fiona DiDomenico is the Regional Director who heads operations for Castle Group’s Tampa office.  Ms. DiDomenico came to Castle from Lennar, where she was their Senior Vice President of Sales.  Ms. Didomenico is an integral part of our Developer Services Team and fully understands how Castle can support the sales teams as well as established associations.

Erik Goff – Regional Director

A recognized leader in the property management industry, Erik Goff has a proven track record of providing Royal Service to Association Boards and Residents through his unique approach of conducting business with a personal touch.  Mr. Goff has been successful in sharpening operational and human resource performance through detailed analysis and implementation of best practices within the property management arena and other fields.  Mr. Goff has acquired and developed many talents through his past roles working in five star hotels and world class resorts and has gained vast experience in project management, financial planning and physical plant operations.  His people first approach has made him an esteemed leader, while his uncompromising approach to results and excellence make him a respected professional.

Susie Hansen – Regional Director

Susie Hansen has been one of Castle’s Regional Directors for the past 8 years.  She has over fifteen years of property management experience, in both high-rise condominium and large-scale homeowners Associations.  Susie specializes in the management of Developer startups and has worked with some of the largest Developers in the country.  Her knowledge and expertise have proved invaluable to Castle’s Developer Services Division.

Dee Henann – Regional Director

Dee Henann has been a Regional Director with the Castle Group since October of 2005. Dee has over twenty years of property management industry experience and holds a CMCA and AMS designation. She shares with us her business experience with respect to team management and marketing. As a Regional Director, Dee oversees a portfolio of communities and their respective on-site teams. Dee also leads the Lifestyle Services Group who are dedicated to meet the expectations of our residents by providing a full range of events and activities of the communities we serve.

Alp Ozsoy – Regional Director

Alp Ozsoy is the Regional Director of SW Florida operations heading Castle Group’s West Coast office in Bonita Springs.  Mr. Ozsoy joined Castle Group in 2009 and oversees the management of high-profile properties in West Coast of Florida.  Prior to joining Castle Group, Mr. Ozsoy spent seven years with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co. LLC., opening and managing hotel, resort and residential clubs in US, Caribbean and Europe.  Mr. Ozsoy later joined Capital Partners, a luxury real estate development company mainly active in emerging markets and worked on some iconic development projects such as The Ritz-Carlton, Moscow as well as JW Marriott Esentai mixed use complex.  Mr. Ozsoy speaks English, German, Turkish, and basic Spanish.  He holds industry designations such as CAM, CMCA, AMS and CHA.

Brian Street – Regional Director

Brian Street is a licensed Professional Engineer with a Masters Degree in Business Administration.  He has extensive experience as a Senior Operations executive, and has been working in the real estate development field for the past decade.  Brian joined the Castle Group in 2011, and provides our Royal Service to numerous properties and residents.
