1. Who is Castle Group?

Founded in 1980, Castle Group is a privately held company based in Plantation, Florida.  Services provided by Castle Group include residential and commercial property management, administration, accounting, general maintenance, security, web design and developer services.  With 800 employees, Castle Group is also one of the largest employers in South Florida.

The key focus of our Team is to provide our Customers and Residents with Royal Service.  Our mission statement is “to enhance the lives of our employees, customers and the community through the provision of unparalleled property services.”

2. Who do you serve?

Currently, Castle Group manages more than 200 condominium and single-family home associations, totaling more than 70,000 units in Florida.  Our Home Office is located in Plantation and we have offices in Delray Beach, Bonita Springs and Tampa.

We dedicate our services to a select classification of clients who receive our full attention.  With our extensive resources, Castle Group is able to offer large-company services with a small-company feel.  We work with our clients to customize and tailor our services to suit their needs.  We don’t manage an exceptional number of communities, just a number of exceptional ones.
