Castle’s technology infrastructure has paved the way for an information system that can securely deliver the right information, in the right format, to the right people whenever and wherever they may need it. Castle employs a fully staffed IT Department whose sole purpose is to better serve the information needs of its clients and staff members. With the Executive Team’s commitment to technology, Castle’s infrastructure has been built from a strong foundation, to a truly robust system of information delivery.
Castle’s systems utilize state-of-the-art virtualization technology. This “Green” technology, not only helps the environment through drastically less power consumption, it also allows for more efficient systems. This allows the Castle IT Team to create a simple and easy to manage, fully redundant infrastructure that keeps all Association data safe and secure.
The IT Team utilizes the operating software technology Jenark, collaboration technologies such as SharePoint and Castle Association Voice Websites, productivity software packages such as the Microsoft Office Suite and remote access technology such as Microsoft Remote Desktop Services. This set of tools allows for a truly unique information system that is custom fit for each Association. Action lists and financials can be provided to Board Members and Homeowners through the Association’s website.
Castle Management uses of CoreLogic’s Jenark integrated property management and financial accounting software designed specifically for the property management industry. We track customer inquiries, work orders and correspondence. The software is fully integrated to provide not only Resident Services but full accounting services. This data flows through to websites which may be accessed by Board members and Homeowners to obtain important information regarding their Association or individual accounts.
In addition, our systems have many built-in and customizable reporting features. The financial accounting modules permit us to provide our clients with all accounting reporting needs from daily transaction processing for accounts receivable and payable to monthly and year-end functions. We are able to provide information regarding energy management and consumption each month with comparative analysis reporting.
