Training

Before a candidate is offered employment, we conduct an extensive and thorough background check which includes, license and education verification, a criminal background search as well as a pre-employment drug screening.  We are a drug-free work place and strictly follow all of the guidelines established by the State of Florida.  Candidates must also undergo a basic skills examination and are tested in all Microsoft products including Word and Excel.  All of these requirements must be successfully met prior to becoming a member of the Castle Group team.

All members of our team complete an extensive new hire orientation process which includes training in our Jenark program and formal training in Castle’s Royal Standards.  At Castle, we believe the Resident’s experience is enhanced by providing courteous and friendly customer assistance.  The Castle Group places a strong focus on providing clients with “Royal Service”.  This focus, which is heavily emphasized throughout our ongoing training process, gives our team members a clear picture of what is expected of them and the importance placed on exceptional Resident Services.  Site specific training would also be included as supplemental training based upon the community’s needs and requests.

Our in house training programs exceed the AAMC learning requirements. Among our 800 employees currently working within Castle Group we have the following property management designations: PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager), AMS (Association Management Specialist), LSM (Large-Scale Manager) CMCA, (Certified Manager of Community Associations).

We also employ Certified Accountants, Chartered Accountants, General Contractors, Paralegals, SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources), PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and numerous other professionals in related industries.

Quarterly supplemental training is provided in our state of the art training facility, Castle College.
