Castle Group Adds Two Developments to Property Management Roster
Promenade in Boynton Beach and the Slade at Channelside in Tampa
The Castle Group, one of Florida’s largest property management companies, has announced the addition of two new developments to its inventory of more than 200 residential properties in the state. Promenade Condominium Association in Boynton Beach and The Slade at Channelside Condominium Association in Tampa have both engaged Castle Group to provide property services for their communities. Additionally, Castle will provide Promenade with security services through its Castle Guard Security division.

Promenade, located at 222 North Federal Highway in Boynton Beach, is a 406-unit condominium consisting of 395 residential and 11 commercial units. The Slade at Channelside, located at 202 N. 11th Street in Tampa, contains 294 residential and 13 commercial units.
