Castle’s Association Management Division provides a complete suite of services to operate the administrative, financial, physical, and people aspects of your Community Association. We have organized our company to provide specialized services for homeowner Associations, low-rise condominiums, high-rise condominiums, and self-managed properties.
Castle provides a full range of financial services for our Association clients, including collection of maintenance fees and enforcement of collection policies on delinquent owners, payment of Association expenses, and preparation of a monthly financial reporting package customized to the Association’s needs and desires. This includes a full accrual based financial statement, bank reconciliations, and supporting schedules for all balance sheet items. In addition to these traditional financial services, Castle provides cash flow modeling and management, budget preparation and/or support to the Association Budget and Finance Committee (if applicable), benchmarking to identify cost saving opportunities, long range planning and identification and implementation of investing strategies for surplus cash flow and reserves. The Board of Directors can have read only access to all Association accounting records to view, among other things, all AP vouchers with a scanned copy of each vendor invoice.
Our Housekeeping and Maintenance Team members are trained on Castle’s Royal Service℠ Standards. We use a systematic approach to ensuring a consistent high standard of cleanliness and maintenance. A housekeeping, maintenance, and preventive maintenance schedule and checklist is customized for every community and building.
Castle understands that some Associations prefer to have the Board of Directors manage the Association without the aid of a professional management company. Castle has a suite of services that can support you including accounting, maintenance fee collection, budget preparation, annual meeting administration, and website management.
