Developer Services
Castle has a separate Developer Services Group to support the unique needs of our Developer controlled Associations. These services include:
- Document review and design
- Budget development
- Preparation of all financial disclosures required to be included in the Association’s offering documents
- Calculation of developer guarantees and/or deficit funding requirements
- Cash flow projections and management
- Management of annual and turnover audits
- Sales training and support relative to the association operating budget
- Management of the Developers’ obligations with respect to the turnover of control of the Association to unit owners.
