Castle Group’s Cathy Donnelly Named Non-Profit Board Leader of the Year
Property Services Company Director Honored by 2-1-1 Broward
Plantation, FL (March 6, 2012) – Cathy Donnelly, Director of Community Relations at Castle Group, was recently named Outstanding Non-Profit Leader of the Year by 2-1-1 Broward. The award honors the recipient’s visionary leadership, ethical integrity, collaboration in the broader community as well as creativity and innovation to successfully address core community issues.
Donnelly is the President and incoming Chair at the Boys and Girls Club of Broward County and has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2004. Additionally, she serves on the United Way of Broward County Allocations Committee and is a member of the Tocqueville Society for the United Way. Cathy started K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple Service Program) for the BGCBC in August of 2004 in one Davie Club. Today K.I.S.S. serves over 3000 free, nutritious snack and free, nutritious suppers each school day in all 12 Broward County Clubs.

Brett Stefansson Joins Security Division of Property Services Firm
The Castle Group, one of Florida’s largest property services companies, has appointed Brett Stefansson to the position of Vice President of CastleGuard Security. Prior to his joining the Castle Group, Stefansson was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the BankAtlantic Center in Sunrise. He was with the BankAtlantic center since 1998 where he held various positions, including director of facility services and director of operations. Previously, Stefansson was at the Compaq Center in Houston.

Promenade Condominium Association in Boynton Beach and The Slade at Channelside Condominium Association in Tampa have both engaged Castle Group to provide property services for their communities. Additionally, Castle will provide Promenade with security services through its Castle Guard Security division.
