Save postage and pay your maintenance fees on time, worry-free! Castle Group is happy to provide the Autopay service free of charge. Please complete the request form in its entirety; and mail along with the applicable void check to the address indicated on the form. Please note: request must be received 30 days prior to the first start date. Cancellations/bank account changes must be received 30 days prior to the effective cancellation/change date.
