James is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Castle Group. With over 30 years of experience serving residential communities, James is a CPA, General Contractor, investor, and prominent speaker in the industry. James is also a passionate community leader and benefactor of numerous philanthropic organizations. He is currently the Vice-Chair of the Community Foundation Board of Directors, immediate past Chair of the Broward Workshop, and sits on the Board of Advisors of the LeMieux Center for Public Policy at Palm Beach Atlantic University. Most recently, James, received the Sun Sentinel’s Excalibur Business Leader of the Year for Broward County as well as the 2019 Terry Stiles South Florida Leadership Award presented by the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce. James is a past Finalist of Florida’s Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award. He has also been recognized in the South Florida Business Journal as one of Broward County’s Ultimate CEO’s, was inducted in 2014 into the Hall of Fame at Nova Southeastern University’s H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship and was honored by Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2017 on Free Enterprise Day as a Companion Medalist.
Craig is a dynamic and creative financial resource for all of our clients. He is both a CPA and Licensed Community Association Manager. Often described as Castle’s “culture driver”, Craig is extremely proud of his role in leading Castle to be both a Great Place to Work, as recognized by the South Florida Business Journal, and a Good to Great Company, as recognized by the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.
As one of Castle Group’s founding partners, Rob has been in charge of operations since the company’s inception. Rob’s attention to detail and focus on implementing Castle’s systems has helped drive Castle Group to its current position as one of the leading companies in the industry. Rob’s favorite acronym at Castle is CANI: Constant and Never-ending Improvement, and he is often referred to as the “nuts and bolts” guy at Castle. He has earned the industry’s highest accreditation, the PCAM, and also holds LCAM, AMS and CMCA titles, as well as a Real Estate Broker’s License.
Cathy Donnelly is the Director of Community Relations for Castle Group. In 2010 she formally established CastleCares® as the philanthropic arm of the company with a mission to serve children and families in need throughout the state of Florida. CastleCares® reinvests a portion of Castle Group’s annual profit back into our communities while also encouraging our employees to donate their time and talents to making a diﬀerence and enriching lives. Cathy is currently sitting as a gubernatorial appointee with the Children’s Services Council of Broward County as Chair. She is also a Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County Legacy member, a United Way Tocqueville member and sits with the Broward Public Art Committee, the Broward Workshop Cultural Affairs Committee and is a proud Fund Holder of the Community Foundation of Broward. Cathy also enjoys working with many other nonprofits throughout the state.
Jordan is the “brains behind the brand” at Castle Group. Often described as having an infectious personality, he is an incredibly dynamic, energetic and a versatile leader. He brings twenty years of real estate development, construction and management experience to Castle. Prior to joining Castle he held several leadership positions for one of the nation’s largest homebuilders. In his present role as Senior Vice President, he leads Castle Group’s branding, marketing and growth initiatives. Jordan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Central Florida and is also a Licensed Community Association Manager.
Fiona DiDomenico is the Senior Vice President who heads operations on the West Coast of Florida. Ms. DiDomenico came to Castle from Lennar, she was their Senior Vice President of Sales. Ms. DiDomenico is an integral part of our Developer Services Team and fully understands how Castle can support the sales teams as well as established associations.
James brings over 20 years of business consulting experience to Castle including senior management roles with leading national and international real estate firms. James holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from St. Leo University and is a licensed Community Association Manager. His positive attitude ensures that Royal Service® is delivered to each and every customer, each and every day. James also serves as a current Corporate Board Member for the Families First of Palm Beach County.
Nick is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in luxury Condominium and Homeowner Associations, service delivery, program/project management and has held numerous executive level positions with both private industry and the Federal Government. Nick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Organizational and Behavioral Science from National University in San Diego, CA., and is a graduate of the Columbia University Graduate School of Business Executive Education Program. He is also a licensed Community Association Manager and is a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®.
Pete brings over 20 years of technology leadership experience to Castle Group. He has a passion for solving business problems through the application of innovative technologies and optimized processes. In his current role he is responsible for all aspects of Castle Group’s Technology organization which includes solutions delivery, software development, project management, infrastructure and process improvement. During his career he has served in a variety of technology leadership roles at organizations such as Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy (LVMH), Berkshire Hathaway, Ryder, Carnival Cruise Lines, JM Family Enterprises, and MasTec. Pete holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Florida International University.
Sarah oversees Castle’s Southwest Florida operations. She has over a decade of executive operations experience in the multi-million dollar big-box retail industry. Experienced in successfully managing multiple aspects of business and motivating team members across a large geographical area, Sarah is focused on Royal Service and cultivating team member growth. She possesses strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills which help foster trusting relationships with clients, vendors, and team members. Having worked in property management prior to joining Castle Group in 2013, Sarah could not resist the Vision and Values that Castle Group represents and is passionate about helping Castle grow as Southwest Florida’s Royal Service Leader.
Kristen started her career in early childhood education and with a career change found her true calling in Human Resources. She has extensive experience in all areas of Human Resources including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training and development, as well as compensation and benefits. She has a passion for assisting employees in accomplishing their personal and professional goals as well as partnering with business leaders in organizational development and success. Most recently, Kristen received the 2019 Excellence in Human Resources Awards presented by South Florida Business & Wealth. Kristen holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Nova Southeastern University as well as two HR Certifications, Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) from HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®).
Audrey Blackmon has over 10 years of experience managing portfolios consisting of large scale and luxury condominiums, HOAs as well as mixed-used developments throughout South Florida and Georgia. She originally joined Castle in 2017 as a Regional Director for Miami-Dade. Audrey’s strengths focus on enhancing Board and community relations. She has a deep passion for developing and supporting the professional growth of her team members through hands-on training and continued mentorship.
Audrey holds a degree in Business Administration from Florida International University and is a Licensed Community Association Manager.
